1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Solunary ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Service description
Solunary provides an operating system for alternative health practitioners: practice management (☀ Practice), education & community (☾ Academy), and intelligence tools (✦ Solunary AI). Features may evolve.
3. Accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account. You must hold the professional authorizations required in your jurisdiction.
4. Wellness records
Solunary is a "wellness records" management tool and is NOT a certified electronic medical record nor a covered entity under health regulations. You remain solely responsible for regulatory compliance applicable to your practice.
5. AI content
Solunary AI outputs are drafts to be reviewed by a professional. No generated content should reach a client without your explicit approval. Solunary disclaims liability for the use of unreviewed AI content.
6. Payments
Subscriptions, add-ons, and platform fees are billed per the chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime from your settings. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Solunary is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
